How to Interpret
CapEx/Revenue shows how much of a company’s sales are being reinvested into property, plant, equipment, and other long‑term assets. A high ratio may signal growth investments, but can also weigh on free cash flow if not managed well. Low CapEx/Revenue can indicate a mature or asset‑light business model.
