Cancellation Policy for Consumers

§1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This can be done by using the withdrawal form shown in §3 via:

or by using the withdrawal button shown in the footer of the website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

§2 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
