The billing page in ScreenerHub is your reference for how subscriptions, payments, and plan limits work. Use it to understand what the Free and Pro plans include, how to change your subscription, and what happens when you cancel.
Plans
ScreenerHub has two plans: Free and Pro.
Free is available to every registered account at no cost. It includes one screener, one watchlist, one monitoring set, and access to basic financial fields. The Free plan has no expiration and requires no payment method.
Pro costs €19 per month or €189 per year — the annual plan works out to €15.75 per month. Pro removes per-feature limits and unlocks advanced criteria, monitoring automation, email notifications, data export, and the AI screener generator. The platform ceiling is 100 screeners, 100 watchlists, and 100 monitoring sets.
There is no free trial. Instead, EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal after your first purchase. See Right of Withdrawal for the full conditions.
Subscribing and upgrading
To upgrade from Free to Pro, go to Settings → Subscription or open the pricing page and choose a billing interval. You are charged on the day you subscribe.
Monthly billing renews on the same calendar date each month. Annual billing renews once per year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
Downgrading from Pro to Free is not a direct action — you cancel the Pro subscription and your account reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. Your data stays intact. You lose access to Pro-only features once the period ends.
Managing payment and invoices
ScreenerHub uses Stripe for all payment processing. Payment methods, invoices, and billing details are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal, which you open from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing.
From the portal you can:
- update your payment method (credit card, SEPA debit)
- download past invoices as PDF
- view your next billing date and amount
Invoices are issued by Stripe on behalf of ScreenerHub. The invoice includes a VAT breakdown if applicable to your billing country. Your payment method is charged automatically on the renewal date.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days and sends you an email notification. Your subscription stays active during the retry window. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled automatically.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your first Pro purchase within 14 days of subscribing. This is a statutory right under EU consumer law, not a discretionary refund policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow the instructions on the Right of Withdrawal page. If the withdrawal is approved, the payment is refunded in full. This right applies once per account.
After the 14-day window closes, there are no partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. Cancelling mid-period ends your subscription at the next renewal date rather than issuing a credit.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel, open the Stripe Customer Portal from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing and follow the cancellation steps there. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free automatically.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. Your screeners, watchlists, and settings are preserved. If you re-subscribe later, your existing data is still there.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account is a separate action from cancelling your subscription. You can delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your screeners, watchlists, monitoring sets, and saved data.
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid being charged again on the next renewal date.
